I’m already making money with this…so please don’t buy it :-) – with Tom E

Episode 209

I love this software. Last week I did a review on it that you can check out HERE.

Who’s on the show? Tom E

What’s the product? It’s Arbitrage Underdog.

What does it do? It searches Craigslist for people who want to hire you, then it searches Fiverr for people you can outsource the work to.

What’s the end result? Money in your pocket. How do I know? I’m currently using this method and I’m in the process of making a website for a client that I found using it.

So, by all means just skip over this interview ’cause I don’t want any more competition 🙂

Arbitrage Underdog (affiliate)- Tom’s Craiglist and Fiverr search tool that will help you get clients

  1. hi Guys

This require we have an account with Craiglist first, is it?

Does this work in UK and outside USA?

So, the arbitrage model works like this… you’re a broker of talent/skills/services… you find what the need is, then you find the talent, right?

“from newbie to paid expert work” — I like this!

    1. Hi John,

I’m not a Craigslist expert, but when I’ve posted it hasn’t asked me to login. That being said, it could be because I had already registered the accounts.

Still, registering a Craiglist account is free.

Yes, so with Arbitrage you’re the middle man. But I’m actually using this method to get my own clients, so I’m not worrying about outsourcing…that’s just an option.

  2. Hey Mike,

What I don’t understand is why those Craiglist people don’t look on Fiverr in the first place?

    1. Barry,

It’s hard for us Internet marketers to realize that there are a LOT of people who have never heard of Fiverr. We spend our days searching the Internet, using our various tools, so we’re familiar with them, but then when we try to explain to someone what “affiliate marketing” is or how Adsense works, they look at us with blank stares.

So I’m guessing that these people either don’t know about Fiverr, or it just doesn’t occur to them.

  3. i bought a similar one some time ago and .. quite frankly it just is a flawed model in that if you are really going to get “good fees” the quality of work on fiverr just wont cut it. I also found the adverts on the system i bought were old.

Second, countries like Australia just dont use craigslist. they use gumtree as the main noticeboard of choice.

    1. Reg,

Hmm, you’d be surprised with the quality of work people are willing for do on Fiverr. Sometimes you do have to pay an extra $5 or $10 to get some upsells on their work, but it’s a great way to find quality workers.

As far as buying from “old” adverts, that’s something you need to watch out for. I always make sure that the advert is still active and that the seller has been active recently. I also check their feedback, as I don’t want to be waiting for days on an order or receive horrible work.

As far as some countries not using Craigslist, that really doesn’t matter since you can work with people all over the world. In fact, the software only searches Craigslist in the United States.

    1. Giso,

I would recommend having them send you the money through Paypal. It’s the fastest and easiest way.

  4. Mike,
I know how a serious guy you are. If you openly endorse a product in such way I trust you and I’m confident it’s not another “shiny object” on sale. I’ll keep you up to date on how things are going with it 🙂

    1. Giulio,

I really appreciate that you understand that. It’s not a shiny object, but it will be if you just buy it and never use it. It’s a tool to help you succeed, NOT a magic bullet.

  5. Hello.i’ve just bought the basic version. Is it really worth to buy the pro?what more does it have to provide me with?
    Thanks in advance

    1. George,

Thanks for buying through my link.

In my opinion the regular version is strong enough, but if you want to have the ease of having the software do even MORE then upgrade to the pro.

  6. What do you mean by saying even more mike?
Could you please elaborate on its advantages?
    Thx in advance

    1. George,

I believe that with the pro version you have an option to search all of Craigslist. It’s been four months since I did the interview so my memory is a little shaky, but I think THAT’S the major difference. Both versions are still powerful.

  7. great insight. Really enjoyed reading this blog.
Keep up the good work and to everyone keep on learning!

  8. I was interested if you were still able to make money using this software, or has it became so saturated that its impossible to use now?

    Thanks!

    1. It’s still wide open, Toby. There’s tons of stuff that you can arbitrage on Craigslist.

  9. Any tips on how to use this software? I tried the pre-emptive strike method–and so far have gotten no replies.
