-make sure what you're offering solves one problem

-You need to be very clear about a promise in your sales copy and the benefits…what problem you're solving, and what the benefits of the problem being solved is

-You need to have a goal…do you want leads or cash…you can't have both…he recommends doing lead generation launches for newcomers…be RADICALLY generous with your commissions..100% on the front end and 100% on the backend…people that do this are the ones that really move quickly
-You can get the money you spent on this back quickly through promotions…and in your next launch you'll have all those people on your buyers list that YOU'LL be paid for

-Remove every reason for someone not to promote…everyone will take a look at that if you give away 100%
-Dimesale from $6.95 to $9.95 …you don't want it to be any more than "7 left"…have it slowly move up…$17-$27 oto
-Optin for your bump code to get people on your JV list…bump them from 75% to 100%…bribe people to optin to your JV list with swipes and bonuses
-Make sure to put your contact info on their
-You're actually in the relationship business…
-The price of your offer should be way below what the value is…you're trying to generate traffic and leads…the easiest way is to give them something of value that solves a problem
-When the price is moving people are more responsive
-The most important metric for promoting a product is conversions…more important than EPC…when the price is low the conversion should be high
