  2. its funny how people think other people are stupid, and they are selling it as giving “value” , you should respect yourself more and not put just anything on your site,i think this will pay off in the future.

      Mark is just explaining a business that works. He’s not “tricking” anyone into buying anything. He put the businesses on Flippa and the market determined the prices. Flippa’s feedback system protects buyers from being tricked as a seller builds up a reputation over time, so if Mark was truly “tricking” people he wouldn’t last long on their platform.

    Love your show site, I just want to say I enjoyed this interview with Mark. I have been a member of his Flippin Crusher site since September 2012 and he does care about his buyers and members.

    In his weekly video updates he constantly tries his best to motivate us to take action in implementing what method of flipping he has reviewed and broken down in the business model.
    The UK internet marketer he struggled to remember at the end is a guy called Rob Cornish and yes I am a member there too 🙂 All being well I hope to be one of your guest’s in the not too distant future.

  5. This was a one of a kind interview. To sell sites with no traffic and no product is a good idea. I have already struggled through creating a site now and I’m not interested in another at this time. But this model does give me an idea for a product that addresses where I am now in this blogging process. Thanks for the tips.

      I’m really glad you liked it. I think Mark’s strategy really goes to show that you need to worry more about perceived value than ACTUAL value.
