Income Experiment One- Let’s try adding a stream of income with CPA ads and PPV traffic

It’s not normal for me to sign up for anything in the Warrior Forum, but you can just watch me or actually join me as I try to add another stream of income to my arsenal. The course is about making money with CPA (Cost Per Action) offers by sending traffic to them with pay per view ads. I’ve made money before with CPA offers but I’ve never used PPV ads to generate traffic. This should be educational.

For those of you interested, if you sign up through my linkΒ Β I’ll give you a free $27 credit towards a Starter Niche Website worth $100 or more. After ordering through my link just email me your receipt and I’ll send you the credit. The traffic generation method used for making money with this is paid, so you should have some money to spend on ads if you decide to join.

In the next two weeks I’ll be documenting what I’ve learned in this course and sharing it with you all. Even if I don’t add a new stream of income it will be a great learning experience for me and my community.

CPA Course – This course will last for 2 weeks starting August 20th. We will watch Don (formerly Don and Jeremy) make money from CPA offers by using traffic bought from PPV campaigns. If you buy through my link, email me your receipt and I’ll send you a $27 credit for a niche website from my Starter Websites For Sale.

Traffic Vance, Lead Impact, and Direct CPV– Pay Per View networks that Don will apparently be using to drive traffic to these offers. I’ve set aside at least $500 to buy traffic with.

    • Chris,

As long as we all learn something from it then it will be a success…and of course I’d like to earn some cash from it at the same time πŸ™‚

  • Interesting post Mike and great that your sharing the experience. I’ve read through the WF post and it does look quite tempting – especially at $27 for the info.

As someone who’s had a lot of experience with CPA though why do you not expect it to make much money per month – is that down to the process or you not planning on dedicating enough time on it to get it earning more.

Your CPA vs Adsense sites profit vs time required insights should make very interesting reading! πŸ˜‰

    • Andrew,

You’re welcome. I just don’t want to get my hopes up to high. I’d like to add another stream of income, but like most things, it doesn’t come easily.

  • Hi Mike! It seems we had the same idea. I’m doing something similar on my blog – testing out 20 methods to make money online.

I’m really excited to follow along as you do yours. I’ve actually tried the Adsense niche method you’re currently using and had a reasonable amount of success. In fact, I haven’t even touched my Adsense sites for about a year and I’m still making maybe $60 a month.

I’ve been interested in PPV/CPA for quite a while but one of my primary goals right now is to try out methods that are as free as possible. Obviously, my own effort isn’t free and at some point I’m sure to scale things, I’ll want to go into outsourcing.

But the main point is just to prove (or disprove…hopefully not) that anyone can do this just by diving in and getting their hands dirty.

Anyway, good luck to you with CPA! It seems like a natural progression for anyone reliant on Adsense. Nice not to have to worry about whether your account gets nuked by Google for whatever reason.

    • Jack,

I checked out your post and it seems like a good idea. 20 methods is a lot…I’ll be watching your results…be sure to check back in here.

  • Maybe I’m late to the party but this theme is new right? A vast improvement. Super clean, very easy to read. Not having the giant page popup to get through before the content is also a nice convenience for regular readers.

Maybe you plan on styling it more. I wouldn’t go too far. A good logo and clean up the header some.

    • Tyler,

Yes, the theme is new…I’m glad you like it. I also got rid of the popup page, even though it was really effective at getting email optins. I’m currently getting a logo designed.

  • Hi, this looks interesting. I have dabbled with it before – will you be using Adwords as your PPC? I have heard many people who have succeeded with this method – I wish you all the best with your efforts!

    Regards,
    John

    • John,

I’ll be using Pay Per View to get traffic to my sites. In the past I used Adwords, but their rules are really strict about where you can send traffic to.

  • I usually don’t spend money on WarriorForum (I think I bought only two things here), but it’s about CPA promotion and if you recommends it … I think I’ll give it a chance. Thanks for the tip.

    • Zdenek,

Yeah, I don’t usually buy things either, but this looks really interesting. Glad to have you join me. Let me know about your results as we can share notes.

  • CPV traffic together with cpa is really interesting.
Fast way to make money or loose a whole lot of money πŸ™‚

Looking forward to follow your experiement Mike!

    • Mattias,

You’re right…you could lose a lot of money quickly with this. I’m interested to see how it works, though. Stay tuned for results πŸ™‚

  • Cool post mike. I’ve been brainstorming for different ways to make money online and whatever your outcome is sure to be helpful for all of us. And a quick thanks for the 2 starter sites I bought from you awhile back. They’re decently better than I expected. Thanks!!

    • Sebastian,

I’m glad that your two Adsense sites that you bought from me are doing well. It’s great to hear when a customer is super happy.

  • Great to see new changes to your website and additional products to your portfolio. Anyway, the new site design looks great and all the best to your CPA venture.

    Rendell
