Mike, On Dec 14th I watched your Webinar announcing Contentio where you advised it was beinging launched at 11:00 am EST. However at the bottom of the program it said 10:00amEST. I set my alarm at 4:30 (I’m in Hawaii) to be sure that I didn’t miss the program. There it was an email at 4:38 am saying the webinar would start at 10:00am EST.
I went to the webinar at 10am, bought the products and two upgrades, only to find out that your webinar started at 11:00. I am disappointed for two reasons, first that you introduced me to the software and encouraged me to purchase it yet will not get the credit. Second, I won’t have an opportunity to receive your bonuses. Can you tell me how I can fix this?
