First Flippa Auction Coming Up!

flippaI’m excited to announce that I’ll be selling my first website on Flippa next month. I’ve decided to start off by selling a solid site that’s ranking on page one position one (at the time of this writing) in Google. I really want to sell  sites that are of great value and can help people out who are looking for a starter website that is already earning money. I want to build a completely trustworthy profile on Flippa so that my customers will be able to buy from me with complete confidence. This is my goal.

What’s the website? I’m not going to reveal it until it’s up on Flippa. I’m a little sad to see a money making website go, but I think this is what I need to do in order to get some more revenue back into my business. I’m simply spending too much money, and though my Adsense income is increasing, I need a bit more cash to play with.

Are any of you interested in buying my sites? Please let me know in the comments below.

  1. I’m interested. Whether I can afford it or whether it fits within my main two niches are the questions. I’m trying very hard to be a good girl and stop buying things. 😉

    1. Sandra,

Thanks for your interest. The site I’ll be selling will be a fairly in expensive website. I expect it to sell for about $500. I appreciate your support.

  2. I’ll be interested in seeing how it goes. I’m assuming it’s a adsense site, and how much times the revenue it sells for?. Basically the go with Flippa is, get as many eyeballs on the listings as possible, then as the listing comes close to ending they start bidding against each other pushing the price up. Good luck Mike.

    1. Nigel,

Yes, it is an adsense site. I’m hoping to get 10-20 times revenue for the website. I think it’s definitely worth it or I wouldn’t risk my reputation against it.

      Thanks for the support, Nigel.
