So far this month my expenses are under control. If things continue on as they are I’m set to record a small profit this month. I’ve slowed down my website creation process a bit so I’ll probably only have about 30-50 new websites created this month.
I consider this month to be a time of reflection before selling a bunch of sites in June. I should have some nice revenue proof for a few sites after this month is over, so I’ll be able to put them up for sale on Flippa. Dude, you’re killing me with new site creation. I’m making about 15-30 sites a month on average. However, the only thing I’m outsourcing at this point is content creation. I’m not entirely comfortable with the whole process yet to start handing over control to others.

Making hundreds of sites per month isn’t hard if you’re willing to pay for it. It ends up being around $30 per site for my system once the gears are churning.

Yes, I use the CTR Theme on all my websites. It gets me a pretty solid CTR rate and doesn't look too spammy if you add a header too it.
